In this project, I led the design and development of an API Marketplace for Credit Suisse, aimed at creating a seamless user experience for Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and enabling new monetization opportunities for institutional and personal banking clients.
To design an intuitive, scalable platform that allows users to discover, access, and integrate APIs, empowering Credit Suisse to expand its digital service offerings within the Open Banking ecosystem.

Approach and Challenges

Technical Adaptability: Given the varying technical environments, I designed responsive interfaces that adapted seamlessly across desktop and mobile, ensuring optimal performance across devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Through regular design reviews and feedback loops with engineering and product teams, I ensured that all stakeholders were aligned on product goals, effectively balancing user needs with technical constraints.
Results
The API Marketplace was successfully launched, positioning Credit Suisse as a leader in Open Banking. Its standardized design system improved cross-platform consistency, while the streamlined user flows facilitated faster client onboarding and increased API usage by [specific metric, if available].
